  • Can you conduct a confidential search?

    Absolutely.

  • Will we need to pay an up-front fee for you to begin your search?

    The fee is required once you hire one of the candidates we provided you. For some executive level roles, we may discuss the option of a retained search. However, this is a decision that would be made only if its what makes more sense for your business needs.

  • Do you accept money from candidates to help them with their employment search?

    Never. We believe that this is an exploitive practice, and because of that - our candidates never pay a fee to work with us.

  • Where do you find your candidates, and how is that different from what I would do?

    There are a lot of ways to answer this question, and we’ll do our best without giving away all the tricks of the trade.

    • We first leverage a network of candidates that has been built over the course of 20+ years from our recruiters and strategic partnerships. Then, we reach out to potential candidates who aren’t currently looking for work.
    • Many times, the candidates we present were not actively on the job market, so our clients wouldn’t have connected with them via job boards or traditional candidate sourcing methods. 
    • We do post on job boards. This is where many clients wonder how what we do on job boards is different from what they can do. As recruiters, we have extensive training in how to optimize job boards using keywords and posting methods to attract top talent.
  • Do you mention our business name in your job ads?

    No, we do not.

  • How are you different from a resume house?

    We aren’t only sourcing candidates based on the specific qualifications required for the role. We approach our client relationships as partnerships. We get to know the ethos of your business and identify the type of person that would create the greatest impact in the role and in your company. 


    We aren’t just presenting candidates to you based on resumes. We conduct our own extensive interview process to ensure the candidate aligns with the core values and principles of your business and team.

  • Do you require exclusivity for a contingent search?

    Exclusivity is encouraged but not required. We believe in our ability to source the most qualified candidates for our clients. If another recruiting agency is working on the same requisitions, it can muddy the process and create confusion for all parties involved. 


    If you are working with another agency, we ask that you are transparent with us about that so we can ensure candidates have not already spoken with another recruiter about the opportunity.

  • What if we hire someone and they don't work out?

    In the unlikely event that this occurs, we offer a replacement guarantee so that our clients aren't left hanging if someone doesn't work out in the short-term.
